Way to generalize N - what other states have similar laws for not paying child support? In nice liberal Oregon you can lose your professional license - not jail - but no license means no work as well - and you don't get 3 hots and a cot to go with it.

Now what we do have here, by all appearances, is an actual incident where a cop improperly shot a citizen.
