Your basic premise is incorrect. Just like everything - the devil is in the details. Depending upon where you are, you ARE allowed to walk down the street naked.
Also depending upon where you are, you are not allowed to walk around a store with a rifle on your back.
When your basic premise is incorrect - you can't build upon it. It's also no wonder you think this is good writing - you don't have a factual foundation to determine whether or not it is good, bad or fantasy.
