I simply can't believe that the Gun Cult was wrong...again.
What it so sad is that I can too easily believe that you are wrong again. Wrong because you refuse to actually listen to gun rights advocates when they talk.
Let's look at this - Shoot out in a gun shop. That means that there were at least two parties shooting. That generally means (unless the parties are engaged in illegal activity) that there was one party who was an unlawful aggressor and the other party was a legal self defender.
That is opposite of what happens in a 'gun free zone' shooting. In that type of event there is an unlawful aggressor and a bunch of unarmed people who are at a distinct disadvantage when it comes to being able to defend themselves. Essentially you have an attacker and a bunch of victims.
The gun rights side don't and never claim that having a gun is an automatic magic shield that always prevents injury. Only people like you do that.
Let's look at your actual claim though:
The Gun Cult wails away about gun free zones, mouth foaming to anyone who will listen that bad guys will think twice if there are guns at an establishment.
Hmmm. Not really. The claim is that an armed populace tends (TENDS) to make people think twice. Again you aren't listening.
Start listening, because you sound really stupid when you say this drivel.
