  4. From the comments:

I asked him to not post here anymore because he refused to adhere to the commenting rules and had oddly started his own site which simply responds to everything I write. Very stalker like and clearly unstable. No original posts, just Mark obsessions. Last time I checked in over there he hadn't posted in awhile so maybe he finally gave up, grew sane and stopped having conversations with the voices in his head:)

Read the header Mark - "Just a place where comments on posts from Welcome to Markadelphia aren't moderated out of existence." Commenting 'rules' that are biased to prevent honest discussion are de facto 'reasoned discourse'.

And the last time you checked? LOL - like yesterday? Hell, you are one of my most regular visitors.

  5. LOL!

He never really wanted to post in a wider forum and now he's posting in an even smaller one

Dude, you have no idea where I post on a regular basis. Refusing your desperate need to have other people around to help you argue - well that may be so.

    Cyberharassment usually pertains to

    threatening or harassing email messages

    Nope.

    , instant messages

    Nope

, or to blog entries or websites dedicated solely to tormenting an individual

Unless you consider opinions that oppose yours to be tormenting (which I would not be surprised if you do) then also NOPE.

See here's the deal - as it says up above - this is a place where rebuttals to PUBLICLY posted opinions at Mark's site are allowed without threat of deletion at the sole discretion of someone who will delete opinions he doesn't like.

Thanks for the concern but he's harmless. I trust that my neighbor knows when he'll cross the line. I just checked with him, btw, and he's still posting. We just checked his site. Wow....

And he thinks my neighbor, who still checks every day is me!! Priceless!

Well ok then. Mark is a proven liar, so it could be that. I have a hard time believing that a 'cyber-crime' detective would be bothered to 'check on' this little old site every day. Especially since, unlike Mark, I have a bit of training in law enforcement and understand what a crime is. Of course Mark also doesn't quite understand a lot of things as well as he thinks he does and his neighbor could just be an IT guy at Medtronic rather than an actual detective (who presumable has real crimes to investigate rather than a weird neighbor who thinks that his publicly posted opinions can't be discussed without his permission.)

It's not really my affair so if you are OK with it. I am pleased that the state watches over him every day!!!

Of course you are, because you are either just as much of an ignoramus regarding the law as Mark or you are his sock-puppet.
