Licenses to prove competency Only required to drive on public roadways - liken to carrying gun in public - not to own.
Registration Only required to drive on public roadways - again, compare to carrying gun in public, not for ownership.
Insurance Only required to drive in public (this is starting to get repetitive). Also, insurance is only required to be for liability.
education for misdemeanor offenses LOL! A misdemeanor committed with a gun is most likely automatically upgraded to a felony BECAUSE of the presence of a gun. And if it is not, such a 'misdemeanor' is not a traffic crime but an actual crime crime. Sheesh.
Suspension of license for multiple offenses Again, LOL. License is for driving in public. A single gun offense will get a license to carry revoked. It will also most likely be a felony and will get ones right to guns revoked as well. Gosh, in car terms that would be like getting a speeding ticket and getting your guns confiscated and barred from even riding in one for the rest of your life.

My comment pointing out that gun owners would just LOVE guns to be regulated as cars, and the reasons why have been described before to him in detail more than once, has been deleted. Reasoned discourse is in effect. Only approved slogans will make it through.
One could spend an entire day explaining in concise detail the why's and how's of gravity. And the the next day Marxy could post that gravity doesn't exist - and anyone pointing out all the discussion of the previous day would be against the rules.
