Why is the answer always more spending? It's like (well it's exactly) saying "let's dig out way out of this hole by digging more holes".
The problem with the meme as posted is it assumes the problem is, as Kevin Baker says, "too many guns".
As such, and despite Marxy having claimed this isn't true - if the 'problem' is 'too many guns' - then the solution HAS to be less guns. And that 'less guns' is always and has to be some number indistinguishable from zero.
Also despite Marxy having claimed this isn't true - don't ever let anybody tell you that nobody wants to take your guns.
