OK wiseguy, how do you propose to start this bureau of pre-crime? Do you want to forcibly mentally evaluate every person - or do you think some kind of mental health 'screening' should be required to own a gun? Who gets to decide who is fit or not?
You do realize that you don't even understand what the current law is on the subject and here you are thinking you have the wherewithal to change it? That's either a load of hubris or a shining example of the Dunning-Kruger effect.
